Every Democratic retreat has emboldened the White House to push for more. Every time the Democrats try to meet the president halfway he moves the goal posts.</i><br><br>Reminds me of a certain someone who caved in to a bully, and came back saying "Peace in our time," and we all know how that appeasement worked out.
