    You have perpetuated the myth cable spreads about the main beneficiaries of leased access being home shopping networks. QSN and HSN, the two major ones are happily carried by cable on their own channels on the very basic tier.
    Most LAPers (leased access programmers) focus on locally produced content. If you'd like some sites let me know.
    It is sad I see people spreading this myth but boy cable likes it that way.
