  • Yes, Cord it is impossible for anything the government does to be right, we know about that position which you hold already.

    But the Korean scheme is very smart, in that it encourages people to use mass transit.

    I have always thought that the public library--free and open for all,and yes supported taxes--was an excellent model to build upon to roll out free public wifi, in certain areas.

    Of course such a wifi scheme would use standards, and not be hooked to any particular proprietary method of distribution.
