Incidentally, for those interested in hearing more about this issue, the Congressional Internet Caucus will be hosting a debate on October 5 up on Capitol Hill entitled "Warehousing Consumers' Online Travels to Catch Child Predators and Terrorists." The event link is not up yet, but more info can be found here:
