What the hardheads at PFF refuse to admit is that the DMCA anti-circumvention provision is a prime example of what the PFF usually inveighs against - a regulatory distortion of the free market. The anti-circumvention provision prevents entrepreneurs from providing consumers with products that would enable interoperability between different digital content formats.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Doug Lay</dc:creator><pubDate>Sat, 19 Nov 2005 09:06:26 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
