And the CLECs argument for existence gets weaker day by day as the ISP market gets more competitive. Of course the telcos would love to see wholesale price caps lifted. Can't blame them for wanting some taxpayer subsidies to build out service in relatively low=profit "underserved" areas. What do you think about the proposal to reform the current USF distribution system with a broadband incentive and advanced mobility fund?
