Net gambling & online speech / commerce enforcement challenges in general

  • When will the Gov't outlaw State run lotteries, charity casinos, Church bingo nights, horse racing etc. Once they actually determine a way to capitalize on the massive revenue that online gambling creates, the will legalize it once again.
  • Obama has already noticed the amount of revenue that can be gained through allowing online gaming. Which is why he is in the works of lifitng the UIEGA, which makes international gambling illegal.
  • There is always going to be a way to get around any taxation that is imposed, It is true that the amount of revenue from online gaming is huge, but finding a way to tax it that satisfies both the gamblers and the casinos is what the govt. needs to do if they want to do it right.
