Cringely is mistaken about ISP claims. They don't say it's unlimited or guarantee a rate. He should enroll in an adult literacy program and learn to read. There is no basis in any broadband package for his claim that: "The carrier sells me something he claims is unrestricted and unlimited within specific bandwidth guarantees then it turns out that’s not true."

Don't need to outlaw that, that's exactly what class action lawsuit is for.

But where were your comments about fraud way back when Comcast was doing exactly the opposite of what it's own FAQS said it was doing?
