The Ugliness of Privacy Notices
DRM is something that is always destined to fail. Why? Because there will always be someone smarter and more motivated than the person making the DRM that will find a way to BREAK the DRM or remove it totally.
Making an uncopyable file is impossible. A better thing to do would be for all music and movie files downloaded off the internet from stores to be labeled with the name, address and phone number of the person who bought it. That would solve the problem of piracy, because who is going to trade a file that would be so easy for the police to trace back to them.
