  • On a less optimistic note, the police will have the ability to stop you from driving simply by turning off your car in your drive way from the comfort of their police station. So will anyone else who breaks into their system, which will be a common occurrence since governments do not spend money on things as simple as keeping critical infrastructure on private networks (after all, the admins must be able to surf the web from any box on the network).
