  • That article was the most blatant demand for government assistance for newspapers I've seen in a very long time. He explicitly states that the policy would work to the benefit of his business, and not others. Yet, for some reason, I can also see this guy breathlessly denouncing "corporate welfare" when it comes in the form of tax breaks to companies.

    This shows just how idiotic the man is:


    It could be done via a progressive energy tax designed to keep energy prices at a consistently high level (while providing assistance to lower- and middle-income Americans).


    And what will they do? They'll turn right back around and use the very same devil PCs that Horwitt wants to get rid of with that "assistance."

  • If only we had some kind of Constitutional provision that could prohibit such blatant attempts to stifle speech...
