They've found a gimmick that works, and they go with it.  Instead of getting quoted as "example.com spokesperson" they get quoted as "independent researcher for the Independent Institute of Whatever".&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;p&gt;The people who are bringing discredit on themselves are any reporters or lawmakers who fall for the independent foundation trick.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Don Marti</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 08 Nov 2007 17:31:15 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
